This agreement is a compulsory consent for any services provided by Interactive French Limited (Interactive French). It will be the only terms throughout the contract period. Interactive French reserves the right to make necessary adjustments with or without notifying all relevant parties when needed.

For trial lessons
The Agreement: The agreement is valid for current Customers of Interactive French, applicable within Interactive French Centres (Hong Kong) only.
Payment: All payments for trial lesson are to be made up-front and in full. The lesson will not be confirmed until Interactive French received the full payment at least 24 hours before trial lesson.
Trial Lesson Validity: The trial lesson is valid as of purchase date. The expiry date of trial lesson is 30 days.
Refundability and Transferability: Trial lesson are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling Appointments: Any request for rescheduling appointments shall be placed 24 hours prior to the time of start of the session. A request placed within 24 hours before the appointment will not be entertained. It shall be understood that any rescheduling of appointment is not considered successful unless a confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp or Email.
Cancelling Appointments: Any request for cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be placed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. If a cancellation request is placed less than 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment, the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. A cancellation is considered successful only after a confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp or Email.
- Short-notice Cancellation Due to Illness: An appointment can be cancelled 3 hours prior to the start of the appointment on grounds of illnesses supported by an appropriate medical certificate.
Late: We only tolerate a duration of at most a third of the full duration of the session for late comers and the lesson will not be extended to make up for the duration. Once a third of the full duration of the session has passed, the tutor has the right to leave as the client is considered “No Show”.
- No Show: If the student fails to arrive before a third of the full duration of the session from the start of the session, the tutor has the right to leave and the appointment will be charged in full.
Tutor missing Appointments: If a tutor is absent due to a case of an emergency, the client will be contacted by our staff to explain the situation and reschedule the session. This will incur no penalty, in any form, to us. Interactive French reserves the right to provide a substitute qualified tutor.
Expiration and Termination: In the event that service agreement expires or is terminated by Interactive French, the remaining un-conducted sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds: No refunds or reimbursements in any form will be given to a client if that client decides to cancel the trial lesson after a full payment in relation to trial lesson is made.
Interactive French reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time. This document is binding and replaces any oral or written agreement. If Interactive French does not enforce any right of the agreement for any reason, Interactive French does not waiver the right to enforce it later.
For private and semi private packages

Payment: All payments are to be made up-front and in full. The lesson(s) will not be confirmed until Interactive French received the full payment (at least 24 hours before the first lesson).
Payments for package renewals should been done around the last 2 sessions of the current package.
The Package: A fixed number of hours of instruction is guaranteed by purchasing this package. The hours of instructions shall be used in sessions of 1 hour or longer. Each session may end 5 minutes before the end time due to administration work.
Package Validity: The Package is valid as of purchase date. The customer assumes full responsibility in completing all sessions guaranteed by the package. Any sessions not completed within the valid period will be deemed null and void. The remaining sessions are terminated by Interactive French after the valid period. Under any circumstances the valid period will not extend beyond 3 months of the original expiry date.
Refundability and Transferability: Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Mode of Teaching: One on One Private sessions.

A request placed within 24 hours before the appointment will not be entertained. Change of Tutor: The client may request to change the tutor but the change of tutor is subject to availability. The package purchased is not specific to any tutor.
Expiration and Termination: In the event that service agreement expires or is terminated by Interactive French, the remaining un-conducted sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds: No refunds or reimbursements in any form will be given to a client if that client decides to cancel a package after a full payment in relation to a package is made.
Package Renewal: The terms and conditions stated herein will automatically be carried over to the new package upon the purchase of a new package without the need for a new agreement to be signed.

For group courses

Issuance of The Agreement: This agreement will be issued upon enrollment of a course.
Enrollment: A deposit of an amount HK$500 must be paid upon enrollment to secure a place. Should you withdraw from a course for any personal reason whatsoever, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. When the course is confirmed and your full payment is received, the deposit (PayMe only) will be refund to your account.
Payment: All payments for group courses are to be made in full on or before the start date of the course.
Refundability and Transferability: Group course sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Location: Group sessions must be conducted at the Centre.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Under no circumstance will a group session be cancelled or rescheduled at the request of any member(s) of the group.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, classes will be cancelled and rescheduled (please refer to the Interactive French website for Bad Weather Arrangement). Please note that the make-up lesson can be scheduled to a different day and time from the ordinary schedule.
- In the event of emergency (e.g. sickness of teacher, power outage), Interactive French reserves the right to reschedule classes or assign another teacher to substitute.
No Show: If a member of the group misses a class, that group member will forfeit that session regardless of any prior notice given. A make-up session can be arranged for a fee.
Refunds: No refunds will be given to a client if that client decides to withdraw from a group course after a full payment in relation to a group course is made.
Interactive French reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time. This document is binding and replaces any oral or written agreement. If Interactive French does not enforce any right of the agreement for any reason, Interactive French does not waiver the right to enforce it later.
Adults and Teens group courses
